Process of soap production line
Soap granule making after mixing
The raw materials are mixed in a blender and then passed through a soap granule. This process makes the soap finer, the particles are evenly mixed, and the soap produced is of better quality
Three-roller grinding
The generated soap particles will be milled by the three-roller grinder, so that the material is mixed more fully.
Vacuum extruder and cutting machine
Mixed material through the outlet of soap extruder machine to form a long bar of soap, and then through soap cutting machine to cut into equal length of the soap block.
